After I posted some of my gluten free recipes during Passover, several of my friends reached out and asked for more gluten free recipes!
Here is the first of many newly developed gluten free recipes that I will be posting on the blog in the coming weeks. If you are not gluten free, feel free to use All purpose flour in place of the gluten free flour.
12 Tablespoons (1 ½ sticks) butter, melted
1 ¼ Cups brown sugar
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
½ Cup salted crunchy peanut butter
1 ¾ Cup almond flour
1 Teaspoon baking powder
1 Cup peanut butter chips
½ Cup chocolate chips
*These blondies can be made dairy free by substituting coconut oil for butter and using dairy free chips.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Stir together melted butter, brown sugar, egg, peanut butter, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until smooth.
Using a wooden spoon, stir in the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until a thick batter forms. Stir in chocolate chips and peanut butter chips.
Pour into a 9x9 in greased pan and bake for 45 minutes.
Let cool completely before cutting.
